Kazora™ — The AI-Native Workspace Engine for Evidence-Backed Work
Kazora turns messy, scattered work into clean, auditable evidence packets for regulators, clients, auditors, and internal teams — without duct-taping ten tools together.
-
Capture tasks, documents, messages, and AI actions in a single workspace.
-
Attach rule packs for compliance, policies, and domain standards.
-
Finalize work into immutable, evidence-backed bundles you can share.
Work Is Digital. Evidence Is Still Manual.
Teams live in email, spreadsheets, chat, SaaS tools, and now AI. But when it’s time to prove what happened to a regulator, auditor, client, or court, everything becomes a manual scramble of PDFs, screenshots, and missing approvals. Kazora turns each workspace into a first-class, evidence-backed object you can finalize, freeze, and share.
Run internal audits, control testing, and policy reviews in structured workspaces instead of scattered folders. Attach multi-framework rule packs and finalize each review into an audit-ready evidence bundle.
- Internal audit & SOX testing
- Policy & control reviews
- Audit-ready evidence bundles for regulators and leadership
Organize intake, discovery, pleadings, time entries, and correspondence in evidence-backed matter workspaces. When it’s time, finalize into matter packets for courts, clients, or malpractice carriers.
- Client intake & engagement
- Discovery & document management
- Matter history & outcome packets
Connect RFIs, change orders, daily reports, inspections, and punch lists in one workspace. Generate clean closeout packets that show exactly what was built, when, and by whom.
- RFIs & change orders
- Daily site reports & safety logs
- Final closeout & handover packets
Bring DVIRs, maintenance logs, driver logs, and incident reports into a single workspace. Finalize each period into an evidence packet you can show to inspectors, insurers, or internal safety committees.
- Daily vehicle inspections
- Repair & maintenance history
- Incident & claims documentation
Centralize reconciliations, close checklists, working papers, and AI-assisted analyses in one place. Turn each period’s work into a clean packet you can hand to auditors, leadership, or regulators without a last-minute scramble.
- Month-end and quarter-end close workflows
- Reconciliations & supporting workpapers
- Audit & examination-ready evidence bundles
Run courses, cohorts, and training programs in evidence-backed workspaces that track assignments, feedback, and outcomes. Finalize into packets for accreditation, administrators, or parents.
- Class and cohort workspaces
- Assignment & assessment history
- Accreditation & outcomes documentation
What Are Packs in Kazora?
Packs are Kazora’s extension system. Instead of building a different app for every industry, Kazora uses Packs to bring domain rules, templates, and workflows into the same AI-native workspace engine.
A Pack typically includes:
- Rule definitions: frameworks, policies, contracts, or audit criteria that tell Kazora what “done” and “compliant” look like.
- Templates: forms, checklists, and packet layouts for that domain (e.g., DVIR forms, closeout packets, audit workpapers).
- Evidence requirements: what needs to be present in the workspace before it can be finalized.
- AI hints: guidance that helps Kazora interpret unstructured content and suggest missing evidence.
The same Kazora engine can run multiple Packs at once — for example, a SOC2 Pack, an internal policy Pack, and a domain-specific Pack — and roll everything into one evidence-backed workspace.
Kazora is under active development by a focused early-stage team. We’re building the core engine and working with a small set of design partners to shape real-world workflows in compliance, audit, construction, law, and fleet.
- Building the AI-native workspace engine and evidence bundle pipeline.
- Designing initial Packs for contractors, boutique law, fleet, and internal audit.
- Exploring additional use cases in regulated and compliance-heavy organizations.
